Basic usage

The layout will be familiar if you have used Tally or Busy: a ribbon of workspaces along the top, the active screen in the middle, and a function-key bar along the bottom.

The ribbon

• Home — dashboard.
• Masters — products, categories, brands, units, customers, suppliers.
• Transactions — sales, purchases and their returns.
• Inventory — stock ledger and adjustments.
• Accounts — payments and expenses.
• Reports — registers, GST, ageing, profit, day book.
• Tools — backup, restore, settings.

Keyboard

The function-key bar shows what the F-keys do on the current screen, and the actions are clickable if you would rather use the mouse. Ctrl+S saves a voucher; Esc goes back.

The status bar

The bottom-right corner shows when your data was last backed up and whether the last backup check passed. If it says no backup is set up, fix that before anything else.
