Pay for the connection you actually have

Both plans are the same software. The difference is how your computer gets its licence — over the internet, or with a code we send you. A shop with no connection pays less, not more.

Online

For shops with an internet connection, even an occasional one.

Offline

For shops whose computer never goes online at all.

  • Products, GST billing, stock, payments, expenses and reports
  • Encrypted local backups, plus a copy to a pen drive
  • Activated with an unlock code — the shop PC never needs internet
  • Buy several months at once and we send one code that covers them all

Our team confirms your payment and sends the unlock code, usually the same day.

Before you buy

The things shopkeepers actually ask us.

Can I try it first?
Yes. Install it and it runs on a free trial with every feature turned on. You only need a licence when the trial ends.
What happens if I stop paying?
The app stops accepting new entries, but never locks you out of your own records. You can still open your books, run every report, export your GST returns and take backups.
My shop computer has no internet at all.
That is what the offline plan is for. You read a request code off the screen, send it to us however you like, and we send back an unlock code. The computer never goes online. Already have a licence? Send us your request code.
Can I move it to a new computer?
Yes, and there is no charge. Tell us the computer ID from the old machine and we free the seat; you activate the new one with the same key.
Do you see my sales data?
No. On the offline plan nothing ever leaves your computer. On the online plan the only thing that travels is a document you deliberately send to a wholesaler — and a cloud backup, if you turn it on, is encrypted on your machine before upload, so we store something we cannot open. How does ordering from my wholesaler work?
If they also run LalKitaab, add them once using the Computer ID from their About screen. They accept the link, and after that you can send them a list of what is running low — the app fills it in from your reorder levels. Their invoice comes back into your Inbox, and posting it updates your stock and accounts. Nothing changes in your books until you approve it.
Can I pay for a year at once?
Yes — pick 12 months at checkout. On the offline plan that is the sensible choice: one unlock code covers the whole year instead of a new one every month.
What if I change my mind?
Ask within 7 days of your first purchase and we refund it in full. Subscriptions never renew on their own — we hold no payment mandate, so you are never charged without choosing to pay. See the refund policy.
