Delivery Policy

Nothing is physically shipped. LalKitaab is a Windows application you download, and a licence key that unlocks it.

The application

Download the installer from the Download page at any time, before or after you buy. It is the same build for every customer; what your payment buys is the licence.

Your licence key — Online plan

Delivered immediately. As soon as the payment gateway confirms your payment, your key appears on your order page, and that page's address stays valid so you can come back to it. Confirmation is usually instant; if the gateway is slow the page updates itself as soon as it lands.

Your licence key — Offline plan

Delivered by our team, because the Offline plan is arranged personally. Once your payment is confirmed we send your key by phone, WhatsApp or email — whichever you asked for — normally the same working day and within one working day at the latest.

If your shop computer has no internet at all, you then send us the request code the application shows and we send back an unlock code. That exchange usually happens the same day.

If something does not arrive

If you have paid and have no key within one working day, contact support@dacitos.com or +91 98765 43210 with your order number. A payment that was taken always has a record on our side, and we will find it.
