Before you write
Two things make almost every support question faster to answer. Both are on Settings → About inside the application:
- — Your licence key, or your order number.
- — Your Computer ID, which we need to move a licence to a different machine.
That screen also has a button to open your log folder, which is worth attaching if something crashed.
